There are good Djinni, neutral Djinni, and bad Djinni, and take a guess which category this fellow falls under? Well, he's more a mix of the latter two categories, but most mortals wouldn't appreciate his presence. An effeminate Djinn with a bad tendency to torture those he helps either through a mischievous method of fulfilling their wishes in his own special way or collecting 'payment' for his services in the form of the enslavement, be it temporary or otherwise, of those asking for his assistance. At one point bound within a sealed vase, he was ultimately released by Rodo in return for killing his master at the time, after which point he enslaved him for a short period before honoring his agreement and letting him go, merely because he was not permitted to do otherwise due to the few laws he was bound by.

Most other mortals are not so fortunate.

It's hard to determine his triggers for wish fulfillment or simply abusing his powers, admittedly. Most of the time he'll grant wishes for those he sees promise in in hopes of either exploiting them or taking away that 'promsie' by bringing them to a swift demise. Occasionally, the immortal will give way to his own indulgences, appealing to those that appeal to him... And well, at other times, he just feels like it. In regards to punishment, that's a separate can of worms. His tendency to grant wishes isn't nearly as fickle or cruel as his tendency to punish, and being what he is, he can get rather creative with his malicious activities.

Djinn are only bound by a few things, and admittedly, they may seem as nothing to humans. Ask and ye may receive, though beware: it may come at a terrible price.

Normally, he's not just prancing around in his underwear. He wears a traditional 'harem outfit', per the norm with many djinn, with baggy, violet, nearly-transparent pants and a dark red vest. His eyes change color depending on his mood, though most times they remain an ominous, nearly-white shade of blue. His skin is rather pale, and his hair is white as fresh snow.
