Bio: Uktavia was born in the ocean depths where diving was hard for humans to reach. And being an Octo demi she learned to live on her own like her brother's and sisters who she was born with. She spent most of her time hunting and learning how to avoid getting into life threatening trouble. Though unlike her brothers and sisters she had a fascination with the surface world.

This of course got her into trouble when she got to close to a Woods Hole Oceanographic research ship which when they spotted her would set out to catch her. She maneged to avoid them for a while but eventually messed up and was caught by the humans and pulled up onto the boat. There she was carefully studied by the humans on the ship before they sailed back to port.

Once there Uktavia was transported to an aquarium where she was put on display for the whole world to see. This would also give the Woods Hole Oceanographic scientists the opportunity to study her in great detail as well. And after several years Uktavia would learn a little speech from the scientists which shocked them when she talked in her broken english for the first time.

Since that time she learned to speak english more regularly and can now hold a decent conversation with others both in and out of her tank. She tends to get along with both humans and other aquatics like her self though if she is hungry enough and hasn't been feed she will show her more feral preditory nature on other Aquatics.
