this young girl was biologically created to give birth to everything, however, she had her intestines and stomach removed, instead she had 10 wombs inserted inside her, meaning she can carry 10 eggs at one time, one a womb is willed, it will shift so a new one can be filled up.

Eggs normally take roughly 30 days to give birth to, once the eggs are pushed out, whatever happens then is up to the one who impregnated her but it will take between 9 to 10 months for the egg to hatch with a full size infant emerging out of a full grown egg.
