Physical Characteristics
A rather skinny boy, not a lot of fat, or muscle for that matter. His skin is rather dark and tanned, free of blemishes and rather smooth. His hair is even darker, thick and spikey, looking as if he hadn't used a comb or brush for a few years. His eyes are a bright green, though under certain conditions, they will turn an electric blue. His teeth are surprisingly white, and are often seen due to his almost constant grinning. As for clothing, he wears only cargo shorts, a pair of golden earings, and Japanese-styled wooden sandals.

Personality
Quite cheerful, so long as he gets what he wants. A tad conceited, he thinks of himself highly, and often better than others. He's prideful, and doesn't take insults kindly, and often ignores others' advice, whether or not it would prove to be helpful. He doesn't tend to think before he speaks, and this quite often gets him in trouble. However, he's a good kid at heart, and is willing to help people out on occasion. Behind the cheerful facade, however, he's actually rather lonely, though he does his best to keep this a secret from all. He's rather lazy, as well, and if given the chance, he'll get someone to do something for him, instead of doing it himself. He's also rather cocky, has a short temper, and is surprisingly sensitive.

Powers
He can manipulate wind, weather, and electricity, allowing him to create thunderstorms, small twisters, and other weather phenomena, among other things. Using his abilities, he can create a cloud that he can actually ride upon, and control the movement of. He calls it a 'Nimbus', and it is rather fluffy and tinged yellow. Others can ride on it as well, if Uragan lets them, otherwise they will simply pass through it. USing air, he can create powerful currents to push, pull, or lift things. With his command over electricity, he can call lightning from the clouds with decent accuracy, create a temporary electric current over his skin, and shoot small bolts from his fingers, which only have enough power to stun people. His current emotional state affects the weather around him (Ex. Stormclouds when angry, rain when sad, sunny when cheerful, etc). He has by no means mastery over his abilities, and oftentimes shocks himself by accident. Due to his power over electricity, attacks that utilize it are mostly ineffective against him, though a bolt of lightning will most assuredly sting, especially if he's soaked. He can't do anything large-scale, like tornadoes or hurricanes yet, and it'll be a long time before he can.

History/Backstory
Uragan was orphaned at birth, and raised in an orphanage in Romania. He wasn't the nicest of children, angry at the parents he had never known for abandoning him. Due to this rather foul disposition, it would be expected that he wouldn't get adopted. He was quite the delinquent, and could often be found skipping school or sleeping on the roof of the building, particularly during math class. He did, however, have a love for language, and quickly mastered English, becoming quite fluent in it. Around the age of thirteen, he discovered his powers after a rather large emotional outburst which resulted with the orphanage getting hit by several lightning strikes. Luckily, no one was seriously hurt. Afterward, he ran away from the orphanage, taking what little belongings he had with him. He had no plan or goal, and simply began to wander, working on controlling his powers. Eventually, he arrived at the Nexus Park.

Vorish & Sexual Information
Prey character only. No exceptions. He's a normal human, and he's not so cruel as to eat someone, whether dead or alive. He is, however, a voraphile, though he doesn't know it yet, having only recently reached puberty, and having no one to explain it to him. Most of the time as prey, he will struggle, doing his best to get free, though if someone befriends him, he might be just a bit more willing, as long as he knows he'll be safe (Whether containment or reforming). Regarding sexual preferences, he's straight, though he's a tad awkward around girls. He's a tad confused by love, and is unsure about these emotions that sometimes stir within him.

Good use of grammar, punctuation, capitalization, and spelling required. Not interested in sex scenes at the moment, I love clean full tour, but am perfectly fine with digestion. Feel free to whisper me and ask questions if you have any. I am fine with both vore roleplays and regular interaction roleplays.

Also, for those who dislike plain old humans, I am willing to temporarily have Uragan be a demi-human. Any roleplays where he is like this will be considered non-canon. I will not play in these forms in the public chat, and they will be limited to private roleplays (AKA Whisper and group roleplays in the Motel rooms).
