Background:
Having grown up amongst the parents with the lowest pay bracket allowed to reproduce, Ursul4 has largely adjusted to the more "rough" parts of vector society. In fact, in many ways she largely prefers it that way. That being said she often enjoys endevors in "seedy" parts of town and the relevant company.

In school she excelled in hand to hand combat and various athletic courses. While her instructors tried to edge her into soccer her real passion it seemed were combat sports. Her parents upon finding out about her educational preferences however were appalled.

When not on a job Ursul4 can often be seen at a gym or professional kickboxing matches. While she has also enthusiastically taken some wrestling classes too she decided her true calling was taking up mercenary work, largely traveling from hot zone to hot zone protecting clients from assassination attempts or rescuing captured spies.

To the surprise of many however Ursul4 has stayed far away from street gangs and especially away from terrorist groups, seeing one as petty undesireables and the other as naught but self-rightous cowards. On the other hand she had a brother who was involved with a hate group who targeted COGs out of fear of their "stealing vector jobs," which lead to the rest of her family being mixed up with their activities. Eventually it culminated with a falling out with her brother as he attacked a school with a large population of the android citizens.

Personality:
Ursul4 is initially easily excitable and hot blooded while "off the clock," seeming to jump into various heavily physical and often dngerous thrills. To the surprise of many however on the job she stays strictly professional even as she is mostly seen smiling the entire time. Although she does tend to be initially apprehensive towards new faces.

The shark woman tends to have a very sour opinion of terrorist organizations, hate groups, and street gangs. Because of this the IRPF has on occasion looked to her to assist with missions concerning these groups because she'll happily offer a discount to deal with such "scum." On the flip side she's also gone out of her way to ensure civillian safety to a degree of extreme surprise to people who just brushed her off as some "bloodthisty bitch."

Skills:
Ursul4 specializes in melee combat and is also quite perceptive. This has often lead to many teams placing her on point during the mission. On the flip side she is also highly strong and durable, when mixed with her height causes her to strike an imposing figure. Due to the highly technical aspects of combat in her era she is competent but not excellent in the use of firearms and the operation of power armor.

The Master's Voice:
All vectors are genetically programmed to follow orders issued by a human. Because of this they find the human voice to be rather hypnotic. Coincidentally digital recordings of the human voice don't have this effect but analog ones do.
