A former soldier and clandestine agent from the nation of Snezhnaya, enhanced by artifical magic and scientific experiments. Valya once served the Tsaritsa, Empress of Snezhnaya, in the secretive order known as the Fatui, but has since gone separate ways and become an independent adventurer.

She generally travels across the world of Teyvat, carrying out various errant missions. Some are given to her by the Adventurer's Guild, others by her old employers. Most of them however are spur of the moment ideas of Valya's.

The young adventurer pictures herself as something akin to a modern Bogatyr, an itenerant hero from her homeland's myth and history. Though she is driven to do good, she also strives to provide for herself and survive by any means neccesary, slowly trying to figure out her place in the world outside the Fatui.

When you scratch the surface of her aloof personality and ice-cold discipline, Valya does have a softer side and quite a bit of internal struggles. During her time in the Fatui she volunteered for experiments that significantly altered her body, imbuing her with "Archon Residue" and the coorruption wrought by her Delusion.

This artificial magic is harmless to some and lethal to others, yet Valya found herself in a category where it had significant effects upon her, but did not render her dead or incapacitated. Now struggling to control this altered part of herself, without her Fatui handlers, she is slowly coming to term with crafting a new identity for herself and getting used to wielding powers wrought by her own unique soul, namely her Vision.

Uses a Cryo Vision, a Saber and Gun in battle. Overall I picture her as a heavily damage oriented character, with a secondary focus on mobility and durability.
