Many would have not expected such a creature exists, and not many could have seen her and lived to tell the tale. The story of "Vanilla-Range", or better known as Vanelle is an odd one, since no public documents exist except for a simple identification card and a blank criminal record. However, there lies more beneath the surface of the augmented Lycanroc.
Vanelle sacrificed her body to the scientific wing of her district, she gave up her body's rights in order to get off the streets once her crummy home-life had become too much for her to bare with. Surprisingly, she was treated fairly well compared to her alternate lifestyle. About the only things that weren't heavily augmented, changed, or just flat-out removed were her brain and heart, the rest of the Lycanroc had been significanty modified to make her some sort of super soldier. The laboratory's notes labeled that Vanelle is rather lucky to have survived the procedure, even moreso to go into rehabiliation for her newly modified body and recover quickly.
Since then, Vanelle has been in and out of both military jobs and general "civilian" security jobs, however this hasn't helped that Vanelle is still seeking for a real job somewhere in the Nexus that can provide her with both funding and something to do. In the meantime, Vanelle is also experimenting with what she'll do with her free time.. perhaps that can change soon?
