Lady of silk and space...



A massive storm brewed off in the distance, far larger than the planet had been witness to in ages. A solid wall of black devoured the landscape inch by grueling inch, drenching and flooding cities and towns, and stripping the land of shelter with it's mighty gusts. The storm spread her fingertips over the world and wrought it of millions of denizens, and although this was indeed a tragedy, one particular change would ultimately improve the quality of life tenfold for those left alive.

"Miss Vega, the storm will soon be upon us." A particularly clean and trimmed slave staggered hurriedly into Vega's throne room. The self-imposed omnipotent queen of the solar system--nay, the galaxy--sat nonchalantly, leaning on her elbow, the back of her hand propping up her head. Vega rolled her eyes and waved a hand towards the servant.

"If you hadn't notice, this castle is built atop the highest mountain of the finest material available. We won't flood, and it won't be blown down." Vega reassured the servant as a single tendril of silk curled towards him. He remained motionless. The silk ribbon curled about his ankle and hoisted him upwards, dangling him upside-down in the air as Vega continued to speak, uncaring of whatever blood might rush to his head.

"This place... Is dull." She began, bouncing him about much like an adult trying to yank a pinata out of the reach of a child! "Everyone recognizes my power, and everyone bows down to me out of fear."

"Just the way you wanted it?" Murmured the slave. Another strand of silk snapped about his mouth and effectively gagged him,

"I'll have your input when I ask for it!" Vega snapped, bouncing his head off of the ground once before yanking him back into the air. And then, the queen uttered the two words that would spark hope into her servant, and to the rest of the galaxy in which she claimed domain.

Vega arrived on earth. And these people knew nothing of her power, or their fear of it! Vega would change that... But first, she had to even out the competition.

Power Drunk - Vega loves ruthless displays of power. If she ever beats her opponent's roll by 15 or more, Vega gets excited and rough, and earns a +5 to her next roll! If Vega ever rolls a natural 20, she earns a +3 to her next roll. A natural 1 however, and she earns a -3 to her next roll. Unfortunately, this works just as well if her opponent beats her roll by 15 or more. Vega becomes submissive in the face of a dominant opponent, and loses a turn! Either positive or negative effect can only be activated once every five turns. ((So Vega can beat her opponent by 15, earn a +5, and win the next roll. Followed by her opponent rolling a 16 and Vega rolling a 1, activating the negative effect))


Fan of Smothers! - Vega earns a +1 on an attempt to start a smother, but also has a -2 to all rolls against the beginning of a smother, and the move throughout. For each turn trapped in a smother, she earns a stacking -1 up to a -3 that goes into effect after the move ends, and decays by 1 each round!


Moves


Breast Smother - As with any VB capable character, Vega may use her rather well endowed assets to restrict her opponent's airflow. Vega must be in the grappling phase to use this. Vega's first roll determines the damage, every roll afterwards is just her opponent trying to escape. A 1-9 and she does not get a good grip, but manages to smother her opponent lightly, doing 1 damage a turn. A 10-15 and she manages to seal her chest about her opponent's face, doing 2 damage a turn. A 16-20 and she does 3 damage per turn. This move is not fatal.


New Brassiere! - This move can only be used after a breast smother. Her strands of silk curl about her own bust as well as her foe's head, trapped in between! Her opponent need only roll a natural 12+ to escape, but the penalties for failure are dire. Her opponent first earns a -1 to all rolls. This lasts ten turns. The silken strands constrict, and next turn her opponent earns a -3, then -5, and so on! These modifiers last for five turns afterwards, unless her foe escapes with a 19-20, then they only last two!


Facesitting - Vega must be holding her opponent to use this. Vega sits on her opponent's face and smothers the life out of her them. The same rules as chest smother apply. A 1-9 and she does 1 damage per turn, a 10-15 and she does 2 damage a turn. A 16-20 and she does 3 damage per turn. This move is not fatal.


New Panties! - Vega's panties unfurl completely and lengthen twenty-fold, then wrap about her opponent's head and forces their face to her rump or pussy, smothering them with extra force, and half-mummifying their head in the silken strands! This move can be used outside of facesitting. This move does only one damage per turn, but the foe also incurs a -1 penalty to their rolls per turn, and for five turns after that. For every negative modifier, Vega earns one additional HP. Vega's opponent must roll a (natural) 14+ to escape.


While you're down there... - Can only be used after New Panties!. Vega forces her opponent to lick her. They now take no damage, but they earn a -2 penalty to their rolls per turn. If licking for three turns, they earn a permanent -6 to their rolls, otherwise, the penalty sticks for three turns. Vega's opponent must roll a natural 12+ to escape.


Silken Bondage - Simple! Vega lashes out silken ribbons at her opponent! These ribbons stick for 3 turns and earn the opponent a !1d3 negative modifier.


Silken Blossom - Usable only after a successful silken bondage. Vega slips a large pool of ribbons beneath her opponent, which erupt much like a carnivorous plant should they be too slow or baffled to move! Vega needs to beat her opponent and win the roll with a 12+, otherwise she loses a turn, and has a -3 on her next roll! On a success, however, the blossom closes and her opponent has two chances to roll a 19+. Should they fail, they are brought into the final stage of the vore of Vega's choosing. Should they succeed, Vega loses a turn!
