A relatively young Elf who inherited a throne she was woefully unprepared for and utterly disinterested in. The kind who doesn't care for her subjects and has no compunction about showing how little she cares. Hated and abhorred, Velairi spends most of her days pursuing comfort and enjoying the delights of extravagent wealth while her kingdom decays and grows unstable by the day.
TL;DR? Stuck up Elf royalty who hates you almost as much as you probably hate her.
