Basic Synopsis A lone nun taken into the Sisterhood at a young age. After running away from the Church, she proclaims that she witnessed the unyielding Fury smiting a heretical village and found herself blinded by His rage. Upon witnessing his wrath, she takes in his vehement and burning gaze before collapsing in agony. She wakes up back within the church with a burning sensation writhing through her veins.
Upon learning of this, Father took her down to the lowermost chambers of the church and she began her studies to become the Arch Priestess of His Fury. Upon reaching the tender age of twenty one summers, her burning blood burst forth and carved a fiery sigil along her back marking her not as a Daughter of His Fury, but as a bearer of His Vile Shadow—a false god, a scathing mockery of His Fury. Bearing witness to this, Father was infuriated with Velia and banished her from the church.
