Velitari is a Kenku (Avian/Crow Race) warrior that was appointed as the captain of the Advance Strategic Kenku Force. This group is an elite group that sole mission is to track and capture individuals under the warrant or bounty board. She is highly skilled in dual wielding sword and more ferocious with her unique talent of vore.

This is all is known of the Kenku soldier in records.

A little bit that is known about Veltari is she has been trained in the arts of two weapon fighting or dual wielding swords. Her personality that best describes her is she is kind, adventureous and daring, she is also willing to risk her own life to protect others and her people. Other things that are known about her in this world is well, she is able to vore living creatures to be held to transfer to a cell or give the ultimate punishment to a criminal or someone she deems evil or unworthy for a trial to just simply digest them within her. ((OOC note: She is open to permavore as predator and prey, but as prey I would like to plan and agree to the terms due to the fact I am wanting Vel to have more life experiences as a predator before letting her fall victim.
