The first thing one may notice about Velkiir is just how well endowed he is, looking like he could satisfy even a dragon with his size. That is unless his endowments are hidden beneath the dress or robe he commonly wears, as masculine clothing that fits one of his size can be rather expensive. His choice of clothing has led to him becoming an outcast, even by Drow standards.
He has become a capable warrior and ranger, due to having to survive on his own most of the time. After nearly a century of roaming the underdark alone, he has valuable expertise that he often sells to travellers as a guide, or simply shakes them down and robs them, if the mood takes him. One in his position can't always afford to be the good guy, after all.
