I'm still trying to figure out how RP with canon characters will work. Look at some of my other profiles for a general sense of what I like for now.
There's not very much going for Velvet's characterization at the moment, so making a profile as is will be difficult. Some of what follows is going to be conjecture and information given by Monty Oum.
Also, I'll swap out her pic once a quality clothed one materializes.
Velvet may be shy, or reserved, or it may be that she tries to avoid attention due to discrimination against Faunus (which doesn't work), but she doesn't fight back when her ears are painfully pulled on.
This timidness may be related to her being a laupine Faunus. Certainly other Faunus have physical traits like their animal half: Sun Wukong is mischievous like a monkey and seems to like bananas, while one cat Faunus is seen to have catlike agility and likes tuna a lot.
By this logic, it's possible Velvet is a vegetarian or or at least particularly likes carrots.
Despite her passiveness when bullied, she is a powerful mage, highly valued by her teammates.
