This opportunity is what develops the character of a man, or woman. Do you take it, by force if necessary, or do you let it pass you by? It's a question that crosses every sailor's mind. That choice seperates the Pirates from the fodder. That's what makes them fear my name.

Captain Veronica Remington, known around the seven seas as the Wolf of the Sea. A title she picked up from notoriously hunting at the prestine time. Her favorite hunts are when the wind sails ships too close to rocks or breakers, when they're vulnerably trying to avoid the destruction of their ship, they never even notice the Brig sweeping in besides them, and boarding. Cutlass in hand she draws a surprisingly minimal amount of blood, and only ever fights if the target gets riley. Even then, she has a surprisingly low kill count. She's only ever killed one man, and that was how she came across a scar on her left flank, a sword cut clean through her defenses, she only barely avoided death, the smell of blackpowder burned through her nostrils, it was a distasteful act, not one she was fond of. She didn't let it break her though, returning to the sea after recovering. This time she made sure something like this would never happen again.

The ships they managed to pacify and capture, were swiftly raided of all their supplies, the crews were thrown in the brig, with a special place in the Captain's quarters for the rival ship's captains. It was found that a fence would willingly buy stolen goods, but depending on how important the ship and crew were, a higher price could be gotten for the captives. The scuttled the ships, using any parts they needed to repair her ship, Liberty's Vengeance. They required sinking the ships afterwards so the prisoners wouldn't consider trying to make a run for it on an operational vessel, or worse, a cannon barrage.
