Age: Was 19 when she became a goo creature. 34 years have passed since, but ageing has stopped.
Abilities: As long as a piece of her exists in the world, she can reform herself if the rest of her body is destroyed. She doesn't need oxygen to survive, so can live in any environment that is not too hot or cold. She will melt into a puddle if too hot or freeze solid if too cold. Can change her shape and size at will, but up to a limit. Can solidify her body to give herself weight when she takes on a form. She can learn the abilities of someone she engulfs in her body.
Appearance: Can change her appearance, but normally limits herself to a puddle of sentient water, an anthro cat, a feral Plusle or a feral wolf. Regardless of shape, she will always be a light green in color.
Height: 1 inch tall but can be up to 3 feet wide (( sentient puddle form )).5ft 4in (( Anthro cat )), 1ft 4in (( Feral Plusle )), 3ft 2in (( Feral wolf )). Height can change with mood, but can't grow taller than 10 foot tall.
Weight: 3lbs when not solid. 96lbs (( Anthro cat )), 9.3lbs (( Feral Plusle )), 46 lbs (( Feral wolf ))
Sexuality: Bisexual (( Normally changes gender to match her partner. Is infertile ))
Personality: Vessina, despite being a slime, is an excitable person. She is eager to meet people she comes across. She can be overly affectionate to people who she sees as friends and will cover them with her body to hug them. She pays little attention to the worries of life and takes things as they come, never making plans for the day. She also likes to whistle whenever she can and normally does so when she's in a good mood. If she's in a bad mood, she'll stay in her puddle form and will only allow people she knows to talk to her, otherwise she'll act like water.
Vessina has a pretty cavalier attitude to vore. She loves to engage in it as pred or prey. As prey, she'll never put up a fight with a friend, though she may fight back against somebody she doesn't know. As predator, she can take people she hasn't met yet as prey, but she won't normally harm them until she knows they can bring themselves back from the death. She normally engulfs someone in her entire body to check their abilities before she does digest people. She can sometimes do this without asking people, depending on her mood and whether she needs nutrients or not. She won't digest people who lack the ability to reform though.

History: Vessina used to be a regular creature, but she doesn't remember what her original form was. She remembers little of her past life, only that she was at some kind of nuclear plant. She doesn't know whether she was an employee or a visitor. She does remember fleeting glimpses of a liquid flowing into her during an accident. After that, she remembers being a puddle somewhere in a room. The first things she saw were pictures on the wall, pictures of an anthro cat, a feral Plusle and a Feral wolf. It was using those pictures that she copied them and gained her usual forms. She stayed in the room, remaining hidden in a corner when needed, while she practiced. After she had mastered her abilities, she slipped out of the room and left to explore.

Note about the Plusle form

Despite one of Vessina's forms being that of a Plusle, she doesn't know any attacks, can't generate electricity and has no ability. She just looks like a Plusle.
