Situation:
Flyboy is a Super villain, he use his skills in chimistery to create biohazard gaz that help flies to proliferate everywhere in the city, making life impossible at some places in the city.

Abilities:
- super resistance: able to endure most shocks and blows, smothering or crushing.
- Varied toxins: He sometime produce gaz with various effects, knowns are: lust pheromones, sleeping gaz, paralyzing gaz
- flying: Use a small but really maneuverable jetpack to avoid confrontation, must be destroyed if possible.

Background:
Relatively small and quite good in science class, Eliot happened to be considered a nerd, making him a prey of choice for Bullies. One night as he was trying to make a serum to make him toffer he succeeded but in the process got shrunken down to a few inches tall.
Being now smaller and able to endure longer he became the favorite victim of the school, earning the nickname of Flyboy.
His few next attemps in socializing or romance ended in complete fiascos due to his new permanent size and his reputation.
Finally he took advantage of his knowledge in science to build a jetpack and some biohazard gaz to get his revenge over the city.
