Vita is an anthropomorphic white stag, about 7 feet tall when he stands erect excluding his antlers. He is mostly prey, but for many hard to catch. Sought after for the magic that he holds, he is wary of those who would seek to take him against his will. For those he befriends, he may become a willing sacrifice. Catching and eating him when he is willing grants the recipient a wish of their heart's desire. If unwilling, power is transferred temporarily.
He loves music and those who favor him with a tune may find him easier to catch. While violence may be part of the natural world, those who are unnecessarily cruel may find him an enemy. While he is herbivore, he is not above making a meal out of a bully.
He carries an amulet of Vitality which will resurrect and reform him should he come to harm, so long as the amulet is with him when the harm occurs. He has recently found himself here in an unknown land.
