IMPORTANT NOTE: Sorry to maybe have gotten your hopes up, this has nothing to do with Vore_Lottery and isn't meant to be mimicking it in any way, nor set up a similar game.

A sort of scene generator from the Girlcollection and Alts. Warning, OOC information and stuff following.
You know that feeling, when you feel up to do *something*, but aren't quite sure what, because your mood is a bit wonky and unspecific? Yeah, that happens. But rejoice! This could be one possible solution to it. The lottery can also be used to sort out between different ideas that would all work, or to set the foundation for a scene which can then be further refined. Also, gambling is fun!
What is this and how does it work? Whenever the right circumstances apply, this lottery could be used for finding a scene, or at least to thin out the possibilities. Unless some sort of preselection takes place (Pred/prey role, further details), almost everything is up to chance, and the rest will just play out naturally between whatever pairing will be randomly picked.
Normally, it can be assumed that this lottery is in fact a legit thing taking place in canon, so the characters have signed up for this, accepting the regulations and possible consequences. But if you don't like that, it could also just take place in an OOC background, without the chars knowing anything about this 'lottery'. In both cases, this is more meant for one-off scenes where the fatality is just IC and has no permanent effect on any of the characters - no permavore scenes with this, sorry. Whether the characters know that it's not their final end is up to the players, although the standard way would be that they are indeed a goner IC (and come back/ reform OOC).
Bear in mind we can talk about anything here, or even agree on some of the following points and skip rolling for those. The 'normal' rules aiming to keep it fair (and sort of logical, as long as that concept even applies with vore) are described as follows:
1) Everyone participating in the lottery is fully aware of the consequences, and will not try to change the outcome decided by fate. 2) While the selected pred is free to do as they please with the prey, including domination and making the trip through their body not exactly *nice* and *soft*, there are nevertheless some rules. 2a) While sex, teasing, mockery, powerplay and even the application of force is allowed, extreme and exceptionally painful things (not to confuse with painful digestion, which can very well happen) or too degrading things are forbidden, such as: branding, waxing, mutilation, snuff, any torture exceeding light things, extreme public humiliation, mind-breaking, etc. 2b) Soft vore only. No cooking. Any methods allowed. ((OOC Note: Cock Vore is a no no for me, sorry)) Digestion is heavily encouraged. ((OOC Note: Endo is meh to me...)) No filth things, no scatplay, no watersports, no dirty AV or other things of this category. 3) All participants are at least 16 years old. All candidates need to be vore-capable. 4) Human-ish, demi-human and anthromorphic contestants only. The height has to range between 4' and 8', the weight musn't exceed 250 lbs. 5) The location of the meeting is decided by raffle as well, although the predator and prey are free to take it somewhere private afterwards, in case of both agreeing on it. Depending on the place, they may enjoy some fun time before the vore (watch a movie in cinema, have a nice dinner in a restaurant), almost as if it is a date, but that is up to the selected participants. 6) While the prey is free to utter its dismay, and can even struggle, they musn't make a serious effort of escaping their fate or even gulp down the pred when they have been drawn as the prey. They loose all rights if they do, and the pred can use everything they have to 'apprehend' the delinquent. ((Not implying that my likes and dislikes have changed...)) This includes the fail-safe 'anti cheat device' handed out to preds, which will render a prey completely powerless. ((OOC: Otherwise, for some pairings, it would be impossible for the designated *pred* to take down the *prey* on their own, if the prey resists.)) 7) The pred is in charge of dealing with possible leftovers, unless they get flushed anyway. ((Read: Effect of disposal. Can also be just implied or skipped, this is not such a hard rule))
Now for the actual lottery. Any number of participants can work, though mostly it will range somewhere from 5-10 ((Depends what we agree upon)).
In the first step, 2 people are randomly selected. ((As in, 1 from my 'pool' of possible characters, 1 from yours. Feel free to just participate with 1, who is then automatically selected. We will use the chat dice roll system to determine the *lucky* ones selected. The pool can include anyone meeting the specifications, but of course a pre selection can take place, such as choosing a small number of my (or your, respectively) characters who are candidates))
In the second step, the roles are decided at random. ((The standard way would be each rolling a d6, and the higher is the prey, with ties being rerolled. But we can discuss)))
In the final step, the location is drawn from a number of options. ((We could also just agree on something here, or add more possibilities. If this list is used, a d12 is rolled.)) The normal locations / events are:
1 - Cafe
2 - Restaurant
3 - Bar
4 - Cinema
5 - Pool
6 - Night club
7 - Spa
8 - Strip club
9 - Library
10 - Park
11 - Mall
12 - Casino
And after that, the candidates just need to meet up, live it up and enjoy the time ... or in case of the pred, the meal~
