Vore_Gameshows

A conglomerate of different gameshows that can happen throughout Nexus! Stay tuned...

Ever watch a game show and wish there was more vore in it? Well, you're probably in the majority there. Good thing someone took that idea to heart, and decided to take some of those shows and make them more... exciting! Before we get to the shows themselves however, a few notes should be taken into account:
- The woman pictured to the left is the network's announcer, Diana. She might also participate in games.~
- I'm not just a GM for these, I'm usually a player too. I play as NPCs to fill empty slots for games, so groups aren't required. I will play any gender except male based herms, and will be pretty much any humanoid species.
- You may have noticed the lack of quiz/trivia shows. This is because we're RPing on the internet, and information is literally at peoples' fingertips.
- Each show will have a way to incorporate dice, and thus probably have a randomly determined winner. This means that characters who are all pred or prey might find themselves on the wrong end of things. Because of this, switch characters are preferred and encouraged.
- Humanoid contestants only, please. Regardless of sentience, animals and monsters won't be permitted to participate. Naga, anthros, pokemorphs and taurs are fine.
- Participants should be between 3' and 10' in height. These can be stretched, but micro/macro is not intended.
- By default, the game shows will reform participants. It can be discussed beforehand to have no reforming however. There will NEVER be perma though.
- If you feel you must include it, keep bathroom play to post vore only, please!
- By all means, don't feel like I have to be on for you to play these games! Many of them can be run without a GM, by having other players choose what happens when you trigger an event or such.~
- There will likely be some metagaming/4th walling from those in the game(at least the ones played by me). They know it's a game after all. Things like talking about hit points, lives and such are likely to happen. That said, feel free to request otherwise.
- If you have any ideas for games, feel free to pitch them to me! Keep in mind, they should be something that can somewhat easily have dice attached.
- If you don't want your name recorded after you play a game, just let me know and it won't happen. Otherwise, I assume you're fair game, heh. If you say no to having your name there, it will still be represented by a number, for uses of gauging how popular games are.

Vore Derby:
- Overview: This game takes the form of what many would call a 'Destruction Derby', with a few changes. For starters, you're not in vehicles. Your bodies are surrounded by a magical aura, one that keeps you from being devoured. But that's pretty much it. Did we mention the auras don't last forever? Once your aura is gone, whoever made it disappear gets to devour you, so be careful! Your objective is to be the last one standing. And to encourage being active in the event, each time you finish someone off, you get a small buff! So don't just sit around and wait for your opponents to do all the work!
- Rules: Contestants run around the arena, trying to find the right opportunity to strike. What strike means is rather vague. The auras wane when either physical or mental stress is suffered. Yes, mental stress can come from being molested. Finish off an aura and get a meal! Any orifice you choose. Be the last one left in the arena to win.
- Mechanics: This game takes place in rounds. At the start of each round, every player rolls a dx, where x is the number of remaining participants. Anyone who gets a number that's the same as another player(this can result in more than 2 people getting involved) 'hits' another player. Anyone involved in a hit rolls a d6. Whoever rolls the highest takes no damage, with everyone else losing 1 point of their aura. In the event of a tie for highest, rerolling happens until someone wins(only those involved in the tie get to reroll to see who wins). Reducing someone's aura to 0 lets you devour them. Devouring takes 1 round, during which time you do not roll, and cannot be hit. Devouring someone adds +1 to any future d6 rolls you make when involved in hits. Last one standing wins!

- Losers: SilverDragons

Vorenament:
- Overview: A bracket style tournament! What manner of tournament is up to the participants. Boxing? Wrestling? Mud Wrestling? Sex battle? It's quite an open idea. Whoever wins in the finals is the ultimate winner of the tournament.
- Rules: Contestants face a series of single elimination matches(or only 1 match if 2 players). Matches are over when one person is completely inside of the other. No escaping once you're inside!
- Mechanics: Another game that takes place by rounds. Each combatant has 10HP, and loses 1 each time they lose a roll. Rolls are made by rolling opposing d10s, rerolling ties. If you lose 4 rolls in a row, your HP hits 0 regardless of what it was at before. At 0 HP, you become too exhausted to resist being devoured and lose the match!
- Recommended Players: 2, 4, 8
- Winners: None Yet!
- Losers: Jason_Rorax, Calloway_Twins
- In Progress: Saphira_Goodra, Craggle

Vore Maze:
- Overview: A race to the finish! Or a solo run to see if you can even get there. Along the way, you'll find creatures, items, traps and events, some good and some bad. Who will be victorious, if anyone at all?
- Rules: Players all start on different sides of the maze. The maze has a number of sides equal to the number of players, though always at least 4. Players advance in a chosen direction until they hit an intersection, and after resolving what appears there, they choose a direction to go in, some of which lead to dead ends. Each intersection and dead end has something at it for whoever found it to deal with, some easier than others. The goal is to reach the center of the maze first. In the rare event that 2(or more) players reach it at once, last one standing wins!
- Mechanics: Players have 3 lives to start. Players move through the maze, only stopping when a choice has to be made. At an intersection, players will encounter either a creature, trap, item or event. After that has been resolved, players choose left, right, or straight(sometimes only 2 choices). If this leads to a dead end, another encounter happens, and they return to the last intersection(though that intersection no longer has an encounter). If a player encounters a creature, they must roll a d8 to overcome the creature, each creature having a set dice of their own to roll. The weakest ones get d6, and the strongest get d10. Ties are rerolled. If the creature wins, the player loses 1 life. If the player wins, they advance with no penalty. In the event the monster devours the player to make them lose a life, they respawn where they lost, unless left with 0 lives. Against traps, players roll a d10, against the difficulty of the trap. Tying or exceeding the DC lets them pass unharmed, otherwise they fall prey to the trap and lose 1 life. Items and events have varying effects when encountered. Maybe you gain a life? Or a bonus to your dice rolls? Maybe your next predator encounter gets stronger? If at the finish of the maze more than 1 player arrives at once, each player rolls a d20, with the highest devouring the other(s), rerolling ties.
- For those who want to tackle the maze as a team, the same general rules apply, with the following exceptions: Lives will be a pool among the team, with a starting number of 3 per person. Once down to (player #) in lives, losing any more will result in losing 1(or more) team members, until lives are regained. Game over at 0 lives, as normal; Monster encounters, as well as some traps and events, will cater to the number of players on the team. For example, a 3 man team will encounter 3 monsters at once if creatures are what's supposed to come up(exceptions may apply. Like, hydras or large slimes maybe). This makes splitting up ill-advised, as the encounter will still spawn 3 creatures, even if fewer than 3 players triggers it, using a 3 man team as an example. This also applies to having fewer lives than team members. Spawns will remain unchanged, putting surviving members at a disadvantage!; The prize at the end will be split among surviving members only(if applicable), so don't be too surprised if a team mate might try to throw you under the bus to try and get greedy towards the end!

- Losers: SilverDragons, Gaggle_of_Gals, Anya_Y, Myrak, Sawyer_, Moonstar_2, Tiffany_and_Violet, Crew_Girls(Mason), Others(2)

Race of Noms:
- Overview: Its a race, its a race! A 101 meter dash, with obstacles that appear out of nowhere to hinder, and sometimes help, those involved!
- Rules: Contestants run a 101 meter dash against each other, as well as against whatever might pop up in their way! Flying and burrowing are disallowed. First one to reach the end wins!
- Mechanics: 101 meters of running, each meter 1 space. Each round, contestants roll a d20 and advance that many spaces. Several are blanks, but others are not! Landing on the same space as another player has both of you try to devour each other(ignoring any other result the space would normally give, except winning of course), rolling opposed d20s and rerolling ties. Whoever wins devours the other, and sends them back d10 spaces. Any space divisible by 5(except spaces 25, 50 and 75) has a trap on it, which when triggered causes whoever it caught to lose their next roll. Any space that is a prime number has a monster pop up, which will devour the player temporarily, sending them back a d10 spaces in the process. All spaces divisible by 25(except 100) have a fairy on them, which will travel with the player when encountered. The next trap or monster that the player encounters takes away the fairy instead. Players may only have 1 fairy at a time. If more than 1 player reaches the end, whoever ended up going the most meters past 100 wins. If it's still a tie, roll opposing d20s to try and devour each other! Ties are rerolled, the winner of the race being the one with a full belly.
- Recommended Players: 2+
- Winners: Craggle
- Losers: Others(1)

Ninja Forest:
- Overview: A dense forest, full of ninja of varying species and gender, each eager to try and devour any contestant wishing to brave the foliage! Whoever devours the most ninjas/other contestants(and gets devoured least), wins!
- Rules: A game of 'most points wins'. Get a point for eating someone, lose a point for getting eaten. The game lasts a certain number of minutes, and most points at the end wins! Ties result in those on top going at it, of course.
- Mechanics: Each minute is a round. Each round, all players roll 1d20, as does the 'environment'. Any player who rolls above the roll of the environment devours a ninja. Tying or rolling under the environment has a player get devoured. +1 point for nomming, -1 for being nommed. If players roll the same roll as each other, they are unaffected by the environment, and instead roll opposing d10s to see which player noms the other. This results in a 2 point swing in the favor of the winner(+1 winner, -1 loser). At the end of the time limit, ties are resolved in the same way. However, if the player with the most points has 0 or less points, then no one wins. Tough luck players!~

Tug-o-Vore:
- Overview: A regular game of tug-o-war, only the winners get to devour the losers. Fun, no?
- Rules: Teams must have the same number of players(that way everyone who wins gets to eat someone), with each team having 1 anchor. Or just an anchor, if 1 on 1. Teams pull their side of the rope, putting force against force, until a flag in the middle crosses a predetermined boundary, signaling that a team has won. Then the winners get to devour the losers in the manner(s) of their choosing!
- Mechanics: At the start of each round, everyone on each team rolls 1d6. The results are then added together. The difference between the two totals is added to a team's score. If both teams at any point have a score above 0, the lower score is subtracted from the higher until a score is 0 again(IE, team A has 24 points, and team B has 13. Both teams lose 13 points, leaving A with 11 and B with 0). The first team to hit the predetermined score limit wins! And gets to devour the other team of course! After a bit of testing, its been noted that with dice being fickle, the game can go on with no end, theoretically. So, to combat this, after every 2 turns, the number each side needs to 1 will go down by 1. This means that eventually, someone's gunna get eaten!
- Recommended Players: 2, 4, 6, 8, etc
- Winners: Scarlet_Firehead, Myrak, Delanore, Diana
- Losers: Nirkana, Sawyer_, Game_Show_(Hostes Lacy), Others(1)
- In Progress: None Yet!

Nom-Mystery:
- Overview: A vorish twist on the popular murder mystery game, Whodunit! And one where the outcome is based far less on dice than the other games. Hell, the only roll I can think of is the one the narrator does at the start in secret to determine who the predator is! Players are all trapped in a location together, and being picked off one by one by a hungry predator, and it's one of them! But who? Can they figure it out before the predator walks away with all the others churning away inside of it?

- Recommended Players: 6+(5+ players, 1 narrator)
- Winners(Predator): None Yet!
- Winners(Civilians): None Yet!
