Story
So she is a mage yes. And she has many spells in her list. Those being elemental, dispell, and transformation. Yes she knows a number of forms she just needs the mental image and she would turn into the orca colored equivalent. She has several though besides her anthro form and non anthro. Those other forms are secret. So other than that She is caught up in a war of sorts. The sea creatures having hate of the surface dwellers. This orca understanding their plight on the surface she is kind and can be found laying on beaches.
With that said she is friendly and keeps shut up till she has to speak. Once she speaks.. .well you get to know more about her after that. that means that after you know she talks you get to get deeper.... Now you can be her student, her dweller, her lover... take your pick.
