"Too late...Already filed the paperwork. And the lease you signed made it pretty clear what would happen. Now I see you have two options. You could just say no, I bring you to court. Win because the lease is SOLID, unlike you will be when I get to eat you in court infront of everyone you know. Option two...You lock the door, dim the lights, and come sit with me. I'll show you a good time before I evict you."
"W-What? I can't I have a girlfriend."
"Who I ate an hour ago when she came home from her late shift." Wanda gropes her tits. "She won't mind the infidelity. Unless you want me to just eat you without giving you one last ounce of enjoyment.
There is silence before the goat boy locked the door.

A pair of moans echo in the night before becoming one. The next morning, Wanda could be seen placing an Vacancy sign up in the window of her appartment.
Wanda is a Landlord in Nexus, though she doesn't see it that way. It's more like a buffet to her. She makes tenents sign leases that seem straight forward on the surface, but is filled with loopholes, legalize, and fin print that it makes it rather easy for a tenent to be evicted from their appartment. And the wording in the lease is vague enough that eviction often means that said tenent will probably be clogging the toilets owned.
The RP doesn't have to focus on Landlord, renter rps. As long as there is a modern setting, Wanda is good for any RP
She is a perma pred, but is not required (Though prefered.)
