Relationships: Three siblings- FamineChan, DeathChan, and ConquestChan(aka Pestilence)
While War is related to FamineChan, she isn't anywhere near as willing to understand humans. She loves every ounce of misery and pain she can cause. Though she doesn't need to eat the same way Famine does, War eats simply as a big "Fuck you" to humanity (and other sentient races).
She can shrink people down, or change her own size. ((like DeathChan and FamineChan, she can swallow things about the size of a full-faced motorcycle helmet whole, so the scale for macro/micro is anything proportionally that big and smaller for her))
Unlike her sister, she chose to keep her Latin name, Bellum. She has little interest in getting to know humans or blending in with them. She does what she wants when she wants to. This being said, while it may be difficult, it isn't impossible to defeat War or to soften her slightly. It just might take a bit of work.
One should take note that, after ingesting Bellum, her body being digested would infect the offending predator with her same temperament. That would be, her bitter distaste for humans (and other species), her love of conflict, her desire to cause mayhem/torment/pain, her love of the sight/smell/taste of blood. These effects are not permanent, though, and need not be included in a scene. In a story-type roleplay, though, that would proceed further than the initial ingesting, one should take note of this.
Also like her sisters, when ingested, one must take note that because of her rapid regeneration, it will take quite a while to digest her, even if she is chewed to bits. She does, though, slowly run out of energy when having to constantly having to heal herself. Digestion is possible, it'd just be a very slow process.

While exact setting matters little, I have all four horsemen in a world where they were summoned prematurely (or perhaps in the wrong universe all together, where they still have some powers, but are generally... Useless there).
Part of War's 'summoning quirk' is that she is no longer able to influence people unless she is eaten and digested. This means, she cannot incite wars the way she once could; cannot bring about disagreements and rifts the way she used to. Sure, she can on a very small, individual scale, but... That's so unsatisfying, isn't it? She certainly thinks so. Because of this, she tends to be especially hostile and vicious.
The other part of it is her fatigue and how easily tired out she is. Despite how angry and fired up she is, her need for sleep is very... crippling.
