Weirdo

Who is this guy?

Weirdo is the sole proprietor and owner of Weirdo's Stand. A small booth kind of thing that mainly sells t-shirts, but also has been known to sell day old donuts, rope, cursed magical items (clearly labeled as "cursed" which explains why they don't sell too well), and assorted spell components (mandrake root, nightshade, taco sauce, things like that).

He's of average height, about 5'9" with brown hair that is cut fairly short and is often uncombed. He is just a touch overweight, which is pretty impressive seeing as how he eats junk food, drinks beer and doesn't exercise enough.

If you see him in the park you'll most likely see him in a black t-shirt that one can tell is from a sports team, but is too faded to actually tell what that sports team is. In cold weather he'll also be wearing a tan overcoat. Jeans and shoes that are terribly beat up are also standard fare.

What is he doing here?

Well he has a small apartment in town, but if he's in the park he's either trying to sell some stuff off, looking for some stuff to sell off, or doing favors for some of his contacts.

Who are his contacts?

Magic users, mostly female, who live in secluded places of the park such as swamps and dark dank forests. He used to call them witches before he started having to look up how to reverse a curse cast in anger. Most of them have all the spell components they need, but he has found that they're willing to give him some of those more rare components in exchange for some outdated electronics (old console games, portable tape decks, etc.) that one can find in garage sales and the like.

Any special powers

He's a bit of a magic user himself, but he's not very good. He can only do minor spells, and most of those backfire. He is somewhat proficient at reversing transformation spells though (you learn that after about the sixth time you get turned into a frog for calling a witch cliche).

NOTE: I am also willing to use this character to play "generic prey", meaning just some random oneshot char to be devoured and forgotten.
