A Little Background: William was one of the last standing protectors of the ancient lost civilization known as Atlantis!, He was also the trainer and teacher of nearly all of the soldiers and powerful beings there, after Atlantis sank to the bottom of the sea, William had no reason to protect it any longer, now having the choice of free will, he wandered the vast oceans for many years, hoping to find a new place to protect and call home.

A Few Abilities: William has the ability to control Water, able to even suck water from the air and form it into a visible liquid to ones eyes, He can also morph the water into pretty much whatever he wants, his limit is his imagination, he has no issues being out on land and drying up due to his immense power over water.

Extent of his power: He can use nearly five acres of water at a time, able to use it and form it into just about anything he wants, able to change the density of the water to form a more gooey state, into a solid, He can purify water of all foreign contaminants, He can even change the temperature of water to boiling hot!, or Frozen solid, He can form the molecules of water to such an extent, that he discovered a dark secret, the ability to create life with water, using it to form organs, body parts, heal wounds, and even create blood with water, He has one last ability as well, He can absorb the Moisture and water out of other beings, but he has perfected this technique, so to what otherwise would kill them, he can shrink others by sucking out their moisture, he can also make them grow as well.

Belly of the William: His stomach is actually quite comfortable, As an Anthro, his belly is quite snug and wet, but can expand to about as large as his whale form, quite the gluttonous whale sometimes.

Belly of the William Whale: In his Whale form, his stomach is enormous!, able to hold quite the occupancy, like a giant bouncy indoor pool, As a whale, his stomach is not wet except for the large bit of water in the middle, but more like Silk, Good new is, that it is quite warm, that is until he decides to digest his meal, His digestive juices are very powerful, able to digest steel and other metals as well, helps him when swallowing boats. although it is possible to survive in his belly if someone is wise.

Casino Opening: William has now opened a Aquatic themed Strip Bar and Casino,, with lovely dancers, bouncers, and game hosts, Security is allowed to gobble up any resisting cheaters or Drunks of his casino, every once and a while he will help out with different jobs.

The corner stall chairs are made of the same material for waterbeds, all transparent like rubber or plastic, and extremely comfortable, the walls of the casino are built around an enormous aquarium that stretches all around the casino itself, giving a nice look to the inside of the casino, feeling like it might just be underwater, the tables and booths are lightly tinted blue, complete with Black jack tables, Craps, high stakes poker and hold em, even a wheel of fortune, with dozens of other games, drinks, bartenders, and poles for every bit of enjoyment one could ask for.
