Windy has been haunting an apartment complex in your town for her entire afterlife. Time is a bit of an irrelevant concept for her now that she's dead, so she doesn't know how long she's been dead. She doesn't remember anything about her pre-death life either. But what she does know is that she loves to fuck with the living. A lot.

Windy is scary-good at haunting. She's grown cocky from years of going unchecked, and she feels pretty much unstoppable. Her abilities include invisibility, possession and absorption, just to name a few. She makes herself invisible by default since it's more fun to mess with people like that, but she will become visible at key moments to really scare some people. But then there are some people out there who have what you'd call a "sixth sense" or "second sight" who can always see her, even when she's trying to be invisible. Those people are annoying spoilsports!

So what does Windy do to people? Lots! She might start out small and possess inanimate objects and use them to get a good jump scare out of someone. Then she will start messing with them directly. She can slip inside a person and possess their body, making them do things against their will, but that is exhausting. She's more likey to engulf them. She will just settle her ghostly form around a person, making it so that they are "wearing" her without being aware of it. Different people will react to this in different ways. Some experience it as a cold aura, while others feel a hot one. Some become woozy, as if drunken. Most feel a bit weighted down. But if she engulfs them long enough, they will eventually be absorbed into her ectoplasm and become a part of her ghostly essense.

On the topic of ectoplasm, being exposed to it seems to affect people in different ways. Most commonly it seems to make body parts grow, or sometimes shrink! Often times the victim's entire body is affected. However, it is unclear how much control Windy has over this, if any at all. It should come as little surprise that her favorte method of distributing her ectoplasm is through her dick. She's a hypersexual omnisexual, and a serial rapist of the living. She loves to enter a sleeping person's bed and fuck the hole of her choosing all night long. The looks on their faces when they wake up sore with ectoplasm oozing out of them are just priceless!

As much as she loves fucking with the apartment's tenants, she does eventually get bored of them. So when the time comes, she likes to take an active role in their eviction. She often times will just absorb them, but another option she delights in is to possess a large inanimate object and swallow them up! Ghostly cartoon anatomy takes over, and the tenant is no more. Toilets, refrigerators, sofas, even closets all make for excellent methods!

NecromancerChan Windy found herself in the necromancer's keep and possessed her body with relative ease. After that, Chan was quickly corrupted and then absorbed into Windy's essence, leaving her body as nothing more than a wizened husk!
Demoness_Hayley Hayley came to Windy's apartment building to catch the ghost and bring her back to Hell, where she belongs. But she didn't take her task seriously, and Windy easily tricked her.
