Xadre

"What have we here......? Why, aren't you a pretty little thing? Oh, come now, no need for all the screaming, surely I'm not THAT frightening? There... that's better. Don't you feel better now that my little lovelies have given you a kiss? Just let yourself go.... relax.... this will only hurt a lot....."

Xadre, a Gorgon like no other. Her gaze does not turn those it falls on to stone, though it does have a decidedly hypnotic effect, and can often make her victims feel "rooted to the spot". Her voice has been described as "poisoned honey", possessing a seductive nature, yet almost always in a tone of disdain or at least condescension. Her hair is, like Gorgons of legend, made of snakes, which she refers to as "my lovelies" or "my pets". They are more or less selfaware, and possess venom that paralyzes those bitten. In high enough doses, this can be fatal, but they only bite when bidden by their mistress. Xadre herself has venom, able to be injected with fangs or spat. Its effects vary, ranging from minor aphrodesia to paralysis to death.

Physically, she is a sight to behold. Her upper body is human, measures some 5 feet tall, and would be considered beautiful by most human standards, except for her skin's scale-like qualities, a deep emerald green, and her eyes, which are a shimmering gold that seem to produce their own light. Voluptuous breasts give evidence to her femininity. Lower, as her scale-like skin gives way to ACTUAL scales, her sex can be found tucked into a protective opening. Her snake body is almost 25 feet long when fully stretched out (a rarity), and immensely strong. She smells faintly of spices.

Xadre is a huntress, primal and merciless. She has little use for wealth or possessions, though she will readily use tools or weapons. One weapon that she is rarely without is a golden hunting shortbow, arrows for which she makes herself. "Friend" is an almost foreign concept to Xadre, and one would be wise to not trust any claim of friendship or loyalte. Xadre's only friend is Xadre.
