Appearance: Xelon is usually dressed in long, dark robes, the most that is visible is his face, under ordinary circumstances it might be considered pretty, high cheekbones, a straight nose smooth, pale skin, framed by thin, long white hair. The expression in his eyes, which turn completely black in daylight, is contempt and cold, or worse, carry an evil glint which twists his features into a beautiful nightmare that can instil a sense of dread in whoever meets his gaze. Underneath his robes he usually wears a tight black leather vest and black pants. He does wear a belt which does contain a set of dangerous looking curved ritual daggers with unreadable (to the uninitiated) runes and symbols.


Story: Dark elves. Not much is known about their religion, their culture, their beliefs, closed to outsiders most other species are either seen as enemies or potential slaves, existing only to serve the dark elves and their twisted, evil gods. Sacrifices are the most popular way to worship their Dark Gods, the names of which are forbidden to outsiders and may only be spoken by a priest such as Xelon during rituals. Few people know that art is an important part of Dark Elf culture, a morbid twisted art, that is, with bones and flesh or entire bodies used for sculpting, blood to paint pictures in various shades of red on a canvas made of skin that has undergone special treatment. Great artists are treated the same way as generals, nobles or high ranking priests. Xelon himself is a low ranking priest who is on a pilgrimage that used to be a necessary tradition for all priests, but hasn’t been enforced for centuries, believing himself to be chosen by the Dark Gods, Xelon has started travelling the lands to learn about the inferior races and honor the dark gods with sacrifices whenever he thinks he can get away with it. He can be a little hedonistic at times although he does not shy away from pain and sacrifice if he’s convinced it will please the gods. His belief is unshakable and there are some blessings and magic rituals he can perform and while he’s not much of a fighter, he knows how to use his daggers and it would be ill advised to turn your back on the dark elf.
