It may not be for very long, however- she does not own a restaurant of her own, and either works for hire in varying oriental restaurants she can find employment at, or runs stands during the varying times she's able to. It takes a lot of time and effort, but she enjoys it- and her customers often await her loosely seasonal returns to work. She's relatively normal away from work in contrast, and actually seems to have acclimated to western life well- she plays video games, reads(Mostly cookbooks, admittedly), goes jogging or swimming for exercise, and even has a few shows and movies she likes! Of course, she has other hobbies too. Like puns. A nonstop flood of terrible, awful puns that clearly only she could derive joy out of, usually having to do with food. While she seems to have an extensive supply of material to work with, and it's debatable whether she understand the real meaning of what she's saying half the time, it's clear that she at least wrings a smile out of them, even if no one else can. Some scholars have theorized that this is how her ancestors once hunted humans and animals for sustenance- by telling them jokes so horrible they were dazed and then pouncing them when they were unaware. Over time and in many areas, she has gone by many names, being the slightly silly dragonlady she is. She prefers to go by Xiyin or her full name- or by the Dragon of the West more formally, but other people have shortened her name in various ways, or given her varying titles, like Xianny, Miss Tunleong, the slightly-inaccurately named Yellow Dragon, Dragon of the Breast(she hates that one), or Terrible Pun Monster(She's not very fond of that one, either). But what about vore? That thing all of you come here for and love? Well, of course she's capable of it- moreso than that, it's something she actually does with a degree of regularity! After all, as a chef she should know how to prepare anything edible best she can, and pretty much everything that can walk and talk is edible, right? Besides, dragons used to get humans and spirits and stuff as tribute snacks all the time back in her grandma's day! So it's only natural for a dragon to have an appetite for the unusual- and for everything, really, in Xiyin's case. It'd be a wonder she doesn't blimp up immediately, given her appetite! She must have a metabolism like a nuclear furnace. "Of course, you're welcome to find out! Don't act chicken or you're gonna get fried first~" N O M P H |
