People, like books, should not be judged by judge by their appearance. After all, you never know what's just inside the surface...

Yua Lachis LOOKS like any other girl, most of the time. That's not what she IS, though, just what she looks like. She LOOKS perfectly normal(okay, maybe just a bit pale), with a slender figure and moderate curves(B-cup chest, because that matters to some people). Her skin is light, perhaps slightly pale, her hair is a lovely blue-black color, and her eyes are purple. And, as long as her text is BLUE, this is what she looks like.

Normal! She goes to school, attending a local college most of the time. She dresses normally(Jeans, T-shirt, shoes), carries a perfectly normal backpack, has a perfectly normal voice, and eats perfectly normal food. She has perfectly normal friends... which is to say, they hang out, party, and generally have a good time.

Of course, since I'm harping on about it, you know she's not normal. I mean, really, it's obvious. Why else would I put so much emphasis on it? Point is, normal, and human, she ain't. It's all just an act, and a pretty damned good disguised.

Underneath? Well. That's what matters. What lies underneath is VERY much not human. Peel back the mask, and the first thing you notice is her skin... she's blue-black, an iridescent sort of blue-black often seen on insects of various species. And, well, there's other blatant oddities.... for example, more eyes. Eight, in all... six spread across her forehead, and of course the normal two. A look at her mouth might reveal slight fangs... and a blue interior. From there, things only get odder. (THIS form denoted by purple text)

Of course... that's not all there is to her. What fun would that be? She has plenty of abilities she can access in any of her forms... and another form besides. Turning into an arachne is a great way to scare the bejeesus out of a would-be mugger, and it's great for mobility while still being full of tasty, squirmy snacks! Most of the time, though? Yeah, she just looks normal. That way, she can keep track of all you tasty, nummy little morsels...
