Yuelia, twin sister of Chaos, and the wielder of Order. Yuelia was born to be the living embodiment of the concept of Order. In addition, she's essentially a God above Gods, who has regularly created worlds along with her sister and wields forces rivled only by other Living Concepts. As the concept of Order, she strove to maintain balance, but that's difficult when her sister is Chaos incarnate. As such, when her sister rapidly began increasing in power, for a time Noelia was left behind, unsure of what to do...
One day she realized that while her sister drew strength from combat, an inherently chaotic action, Yuelia herself would have to learn to draw strength through Study. She found a mentor, a genius in the body of a mouse, and learned slowly but surely. THough this she aquried some of her most powerful skills, the ability to command the elements of the periodic table for one. It was with this skill that she forges a sword, named Still, and through the knowledge of her connection with all things through Order that she took the next step in her training...
Her sister had created a form for herself more powerful than what Yuelia could achieve currently, and if she was to restore Order then she would need to eventually answer in kind. This is where the spirit of an ancient being came into play. Through her connection to all things, she felt and subsequently merged with the essnece of Fenrir, son of Loki. Through this merging, she gained access to Yggdrasil, the original World Tree, and now spends much of her time there meditating and studying her new connection with the ancient dog.
When it comes to being a hunter, she's top notch~ Not only because of her status as a powerfull living concept, but now also due to her merging with Odin's Bane.

For a time she stayed around her sisters leve; of strength, even working together with her to aquire new powers and skills. But all of that changed one fateful day...
While challenging the king of a realm of god eaters, she tested her greatest skills, her newest attacks, all of her mightiest abilities but still couldn't best him! However, this is not what changed things for Noelia. No, it was the kings infant daughter, mutant anomol of a God Eater who slurped Noelia down like a big Udon Noodle, and spat her out completely and totally powerless!
Truth be told, at the time she was weaker than an average human, and suddenly found herself stranded on a strange and alien world! She very nearly died many times here, and even awakened some...hidden inner desires. However, as she fought to survive, she began to consume creatures and gain their forms and powers. Steadily regrwing in strength, one specific creature would prove more useful than the rest. A black beetle who's armor naturally repelled magic. She used this armor so much that even as she started getting stronger than the other creatures there, she kept using it, even improving it!
As she finally regained her status and power as a God above Gods, this Black Beetle armor evolved into the Black Dragon armor she wears today. Now with a more intimate knowledge of her own powers she leapt ahead of her sister in strength and power, at least for a time. She can focus her energy into her body to deliver devestating blows physically, or she can form her energy into blasts and attacks to destroy her enemies....but for all this power one inescapable truth still keeps Noelia slightly below her sister on the food chain, so to speak. Noelia herself is a preyslut~ Nothing delights her more than spending time in a stomach, it's part of why surviving on that Lost Planet was so difficult...
