Yulia Kowalchuk was born an only child in a small city in Russia. Due to being born there, Russian was her first language, although she learned English rather quickly (she occasionally speaks in her original language regardless). After spending the first 6 years of her life in Russia, she and her family moved to Colorado, where she eventually developed a wonderful friendship with Dominique. Ever since she was a little girl, Yulia has been a gifted ice skater, and has made the sport into something that has defined her as she gradually perfected the sport. She enjoys nothing more than showing off her glorious figure skating skills to anyone who will watch, or simply for her own recreation.

At age 15, Yulia met a young boy named Gaius (Orphani) who she soon developed a very close relationship with as they saw more and more of each other. Seeing that the boy had no family, she convinced her mother to adopt him, and Gaius was soon part of the Kowalchuk family. It all seemed fine, but for some reason, the more he was present, the less stable Yulia became. Her ice skating skills seemed to diminish as the months passed, she made friends with relatively bad people. Finally, one night, in a strange state of mind, she requested that Gaius swallow her whole and alive. Confused, the young boy refused, leading Yulia to go berserk. In a state of psychosis, Yulia sharpened the blades of her ice skates and slit the throats of each of her family members, save for Gaius, who escaped.

Shortly after the murders, Yulia was found hiding in an abandoned, secluded hotel building in a noticeable state of psychosis. She was arrested there and, following a trial, was sent to Briarcliff Manor at age 17, marking her as the asylum's youngest patient to date. In the asylum, she was notably more violent and occasionally attacked other patients, often by throwing shoes at her. After a good four years, she finally went too far after a fight with one of the nuns turned into her stabbing the other woman with a clothes hanger she stole. The girl was scheduled to be sent to the asylum's own Dr Arden for testing, but matters ended up going a little differently when Sister_Mary_Eunice, the head administrative nun, got involved. Due to being spared from the doctor's insane experiments, the girl was given some mercy, though not much. She met her fatal end in the digestive tract of a man whom Mary Eunice offered her to. Without a way to reform, Yulia became nothing more than nourishment as she passed through the man's bowels, never to be seen again.
