Ywein

In a world where the K-T extinction never occured and dinosaurs still rule the earth, a clutch of velociraptor eggs lied abandoned in the desert. Unknown phenomena caused one of them to emerge as a demihuman - an especially strange occurence given there was no such thing as 'humanity' in this world. And thus Ywein lived his first few years, nothing more than an unusual-looking animal. Things changed when he found his first portal to another world, and was adopted by an alleged descendant of the Round Table in medieval Wales. There he received his name, and a burning passion for the martial arts.

For untold eons, he wandered the multiverse seeking to perfect his skills. Trying to be an honorable warrior, he kept his predatory instincts in the dark. After a while, he fell in with the wrong crowd and spent a billion years in isolation trying to create a flawless killing technique. He left with the 214 Moons God Kick, and a sudden realization that he had kind of wasted most of his life.

Thus, his martial arts 'good enough', he went on a century-long drunken bender, ate several universes, and finally ended up back where he started: sleeping in a cave and occasionally wandering. Trying to just live life, he found out about the Nexus one day and decided that the constant flow of people-getting-in-each-others-stomachs was a good way to live.

Having finally 'let go' after eons of being uptight, he's generally kind of an unfocused, mischeivous dork. He doesn't especially care about anything after all he's seen and done, but having friends is nice! While he loves indulging his predatory instincts, he's found that he also greatly enjoys being the one getting eaten as well.

While his full combat abilities are incredibly high, he's rarely put-together enough to go all out. Actually, he's fairly unlikely to fight a pred at all unless he doesn't find them cute. When he's on the hunt for prey of his own, though, he's very hard to stop!
