Yes its in feet. And in game I am sure that even size 3 is small. The wiki doesn't answer it suffeciently so I just came up with something that fits and give sher three different versions

So another Zeka?
Yes more Zeka to come. Well what happened here? Well she litterally was in a womb when it started. Not her birth mother no. She was teleported to the new world of... Monster hunter, And this time she ended up in the womb of a monster. At first she thought it was the stomach.
But days of no digestion she was unsure but slowly a shell formed around her and she was laid... Hatching forth she was a female rathalos. Well they have to have a female to mate right? or does the rathain pink take that title? Either way we end up with this Zeka and her Rathalos form. Ever heard of Razewing? Well she is vore belly, A lesser known Rathalos. She can eat entire towns without issue. But why do that when there are so many more yummy monsters to eat? and maybe a here or there to a human willing to feed her...
But she isn't without love or compassion, she still talks and has a rather lovely voice. If you make love to her she wouldn't mind opening her body to be your home. Or your end, since she does have a clean skull club..

Clean Skull club (a bit morbid... not all the time but an open option)
after being captured by hunters to be studied cause she was a new variation of rathalos... Kyr Released her, even being the one to free her the rathalos didn't register the noodle as anything but lunch. And in the facility. they must have forgotten to feed ehr since she was famished coming out. Leaving the facility she found a field caught up two apporoths and ate them. Returning ot Kyr for some fun before eating him as desert, and over a week nothing but a beachball of mush and some skulls were left of the three.
