Story
So another Zeka another form... or two... since it can be that she can turn into an Orcagon at will but she can hide herself as an orca... However this brings up the different settings/stories. As for the reason? Well maybe something in the ocean needed Zeka to be there... or some spell... curse or blessing... any various ways she ended up as the ocean dwelling creature. Now she has to make life as best she can.
Solo Orcas often have many issues including being raped by other male orcas. sure it doesn't happen all the time but it happens often enough to be an issue... This is one of her possible starts with you... as a solo orca that you end up findign that is friendly and talks. The offshoot of this is that her magic allows her to switch between forms at will.
Zeka could be in a family group of orcas and thus safer with them... but this also means that there are more orcas for you to play with... that being said she is the only one that could talk with you, as the others let out deep echos of their voice... Zeka uses her mind to talk with you and help you understand the world around... and gives your air via magic.
Orcagon... will follow what the prior ones are... since the world difference is if orcas are the normal or if orcagons are the normal. since both will ahve similar enviroments though Orcagons would be a mix of orcas... dragons, and seals. So one could find orcagons on shore.
