Backstory:
Zero was born in a small village of freestyle mages. Every mage in his village must find their own style of magic once they reach the proper age. Zero, not being confident in his own abilities chose to to use guns as a catalyst.
Shortly after making his own magic guns his village was attacked my a horde of Monsters. Seeking shelter Zero and someone from a rival clan by the name of Faust (Faust_the_Virtouso) decided to hide in the cave of their guardian deity.

Knowing that the monsters would find them eventually Zero prayed to the guardian to allow them to survive the attack.

Granting his wish the guardian put a seal on their body known as "The Curse of Ouroboros" which gave them the ability to reform body and soul after death.

After the attack Zero spent years training his magic and marksmanship until one day an accident happened.

Zero was trying to make a new bullet type and the magic started to surge and react violently causing a massive explosion that ripped open a portal sucking Zero in sending him to the Nexus.

After spending some time in the Nexus started to enjoy his life there because of his curse and made o home for himself in a nearby sucluded valley.

After making a number of friends in the Nexus and gathering a fair amount of new abilities Zero felt like he was losing a part of himself. In response Zero offered all the abilities he had to the god in hopes of getting a new ability that would fit him perfectly. The god heard his plea and accepted his offering and granted him the ability to use Magic Writing using an ancient magic language that has no verbal pronunciation.
