So to explain why Ziana is now calling herself Ziee and is looking like this in short is due to her pet squawk called Squee didn't like the idea of going on a diet due to he was getting too plump. He decided to merge himself and Ziana so she'll feed them both.

For the currently known things, Ziee is pregnant with some eggs Squee left inside her which are stuck and growing, so she's seeking a way to let out her lust, have some things to eat and some comfort.

The three slits on both sides of her lower half are non-stretchy passages with them leading to the womb, they excrete a purple slime which is actually a potent aphrodisiac it doesn't affect Ziee, but it is very, very sweet and any touching, licking or so there will cause a lot of pleasure as she is very sensitive there.
