It's... a Zubat! There's nothing particularly special about him, and it'd be hard to pick him out of the swarms that fill caves across the region.
Impressively, the bat's appetite goes well behind his size. Best to keep your Pokemon close, and the area around you well-lit, or this Zubat might score a nice snack.
