All things considered, Aero is a mostly standard gardevoir with an overtly feminine appearance, his coloration varying from the typical regular or shiny palette for reasons unknown, possibly an adaptation or the result of extensive psychic manipulation of his own form. With that in mind, he does his absolute best to be as appealing as his female counterparts, hoping to be picked by a trainer despite his gender as male Gardevoir tend to be passed up.
Even as a Ralts, seeing those he could potentially belong to deciding to leave him aside in the wild only to search for what he wishes he could be left him with a deep jealousy and spiteful tendencies. This has very much carried over into his current form, despite being underleveled for it; It seems he has evolved as a reaction from one of his previous trainers having an extensive conversation with another while he was seeking attention himself, what happened to the other parties in this scenario remains unknown, and prompting Aero about it typically results in nothing but a quiet, smug stare as he shifts his thighs together.
Even with his apparent low level, his stats are inflated beyond what effort or individual values could attain him, only possible with the utter consumption of another's BST. While he still struggles against higher leveled foes, he is still able to triumph over them; his figure has greatly affected his defensive stats with the tradeoff of a somewhat abysmal speed.
While he is a great addition to any trainer's travels, one must be very careful when training him or other members of the team, as he takes things very personally; leveling another pokemon above his own or any treatment he would deem uneven or beyond him will result in said 'mon taking a trip down his throat, if not the rest of the team. At the very least, that will make him even more of a hard-hitter, at the cost of one's efforts being melted away by his soft tummy.
TL;DR: A yandere-like, underleveled yet powerful gardevoir who just really really wants to be your special girl (♂)
