Billy is just a cheeky 15yr old kid , that like to do what kids do , Get up to no good .
Wears : a baseball cap, A grey jumper, very skimpy and tight blueand white shorts , socks and trainers on his feet .Some times he can be wearing different clothes , an all in one lycra /spandex triathlon suit , Or some times just a pair of swimtrunks.
