story: Chara has no family after priests attacked her home. She now wanders around looking for a place to live, but being a nekomata makes this very hard. She is often chased away, though she has never hurt anyone, but she swears if she finds to preist that killed her family she will devour them.

powers/abilities: shes not very strong physically, but she makes up for it with her magic(when it works) though she does have her claws, teeth and her natural speed and agility as a cat. Her magical abilities are mostly fire based which comes from the ghostly blue flame that appears on her tail which includes creating balls of blue fire around her that she can control. but her power does increase if she changes into her demon form, which is when her tail splits in 2 and both tails ignite with large blue flames, if she turns into this form shes pissed off. also dont think just cause shes small and cute doesnt mean she cant do serious damage, though she is easily over powered physically here is a list of chara's powers, from both forms(normal form "n" demon form "d":
demonic aura: this is more just something that naturally happens then a power, normally appearing when chara wants to try to scare off her enemies or when she gets pissed off, the aura appears as a dark blue flame that surrounds her body and her eyes turn dark red, this normally triggers chara to change into demon form, also the flame around her body wont burn any who touch it but it does give off a very ominous and forboding feeling which is used to drive off anyone that gets too close
soulflame(n)- a ghostly blue flame that appears at the tip of chara's tail, anything living that touches it has its life partially drained and burned badly
speed burst(both)- flames appear on her wrists and ankles allowing her to move extremely fast for a short amount of time(lasts longer in demon form)
flame control(both)- spreads balls of ghostly flames in the air around her which she can control with her mind(number of flames able to be controlled increased in demon form)
infernal claws(d)- after changing to demon form she can let out her claws and ignite them in black flames that will badly burn and scar the opponent
burning illusions(d)- in demon form she can leave burning after images of herself that she can control using flame control
rage of the dead(d)- by tapping into a dorment power of her race she can raise the dead, that are set onfire and sent into a rage targeted at the opponent(rare use)
unholy hatred(d)- if she sees any holy figures or symbols while in demon form she is filled with intense hatred, which is shown by her entire body being wrapped in her flames and symbols appearing around her on glowing orbs, in this state she will only focus on the holy figure or image, ignoring anything else
dance of the damned(both)- a dorment power of her race, in which she starts to dance, while doing so the souls of the damned are called up from hell and become zombie like beings that will attack anyone, while dancing along with chara (if you want her to be a pred your gonna have to change her somehow, perferably by unbirthing her, because as she is now she is not able to be a perd)
mimic form: this ability lets chara mimic the look of someone she has seen as a way to try to blend in, though she is still very much herself, only her apperance has been changed
