A long time ago, while Victoria Rose was on one of her journeys, she encountered a beautiful enchantress named Tyer. They traveled together for a while and protected each other. They had many adventures, downed many enemies, and soon became the best of friends.
However, time has a way of providing the greatest opponent of all to their friendship. With Victoria having a kingdom to reclaim and the enchantress had her magical college she had to return to as their Head Mistress, they could not stay together forever. Upon their separation, Tyer had one last gift to give to her as a parting gift to thank her for all of the things Victoria had done for her and a symbol of her friendship. She performed a long ritual while Victoria slept to bond her spirit and body with that a powerful dragon that they had defeated on their final adventure together, causing Victoria's body to transform and take on a completely new form.
Victoria is still the same woman that she was, only different. She still wants to reclaim her Kingdom, destroy the wicked that seek to harm the innocent, and be a good warrior.
She's just a dragoness, and with a few powers at that! While Victoria cannot truly breath fire like a true dragon, she now has an adapt knowledge of pyro magic. There not any spells she has to call out, no magic wands she has to carry. She simply concentrates, gathers up her mana to create the beginning ball of fire in her hands, and she can turn that basic little ball into all sorts of attacks ranging from a single fire ball all the way to a torrent of raining ember.
Her height? It can range from six and a half feet tall to a couple of hundred feet tall. She can't turn into a full-dragon form or anything like that, but she can change her height over a long period of time. The only problem is, the larger she gets, the less control she has over her actions due to the dragon inside her harboring more of her soul. So, she tends to keep herself a normal size, both to not scare her friends and to keep her new body firmly under control.
Tyer has granted her a great deal of power. She still carries her sword, the Blue Shard around for battle. At the same time though, she has gained a great deal of natural and magical strength. More importantly, her life has become more enjoyable living. Tyer always knew that Victoria quietly sought to become something more than what she was. Being a dragoness has made her far more happier than she ever had been before. Regaining her kingdom feels far more closer now. Maybe with just a little more effort....maybe her dream isn't as far away as she had thought!
