He is the proprietor of L_E_W_D! How horribly...perverted.
Sometimes he can even be quite curious and that will get the best of him sometimes and he will approach someone without even thinking about it and that often gets him very nervous when he is found out which makes him stutter and becomes sort of absent minded. He is your stereotypical nerd in most ways. It would be easier to ask what nerd-like things he didn't do than the ones he did. You will probably see him playing a handheld or reading comics of some sort to help pass the time, or just wandering around. One has to ask how he keeps getting new issues though...
Now the story of how he got here. He was reading a comic book and invested a little too much of his attention into it. Before he knew what was going on he bumped into a tree and cursed under his breath only to look up and see all sorts of magnificent and some terrifying creatures before him. Since he has no idea how he got here it makes it hard for him to be able to leave. Luckily, he brought his backpack which was full of everything a nerd like himself could ever want, as well as an assortment of other things.
Recent Addition: I've decided to make Joseph a little more... Interesting. As such I have decided to give his backpack a certain amount of access to hammer space. It contains a random assortment of video game artifacts. This means at any time he could potentially reach into his pack and pull out a master sword, kerokero cola, or home run bat. A secondary effect of the backpack is that it acts as a re-spawn point for the nerd, allowing him to climb out of it every time he is killed.
Okay, so truth time... The way read above of how Joseph got here isn't entirely true. As most people he has met probably have noticed Joseph is far from normal, in fact some might say hes a bit mad. There's a good reason for this, I promise!
First, lets go over something: just because something is fictional in this universe doesn't mean that it isn't perfectly normal in another. So its entirely possible that every movie you've seen, book you've read, and video game you'd played exists in one universe or another. When I say possible, I mean they definitely do. Now, this is where Joseph comes in. There has to be something that separates these universes from one another, or there would be pretty blonde woman being captured by huge dictators everywhere, and no sword wielding plumber to save them! There are in fact 4 different entities that keep the universes from overlapping. Joseph is one such entity, guarding the realms of what people in this universe perceive in video games. The other siblings separate Movies, Literature, and what is the normal for where we are.
As guardian of, more or less, video games, that means that he knows every thing that goes on in that universe and can access anything within it, which contains a lot of information. If a book does well enough its made into a movie, then if done well enough into a game. Poor Joseph has a lot of spill over from the other universes he has to worry about. His head is constantly swimming with all the information from all of his sanctioned universes. You'd be a little mad too, right? Well that is why he is the way he is. Its hard to keep all the information straight while simultaneously trying to keep up the appearance of a normal human.
Okay, now I'll tell you why he came to the park. The park is, as most of you know, a nexus of realities. Being here soothes him some. Its easier for him to split up his own thoughts from the plot of some random video game that no ones ever heard of, so he is here and plans to stay here for as long as he is welcome, or until the 4 of them decide to reallocate their duties.
On another note, plan to possibly see the other 3 siblings floating around here at some point.

Update! Joseph has been getting more and more deviant as of late and more predish, so his sliders has been removed. Hes pretty much up for anything if hes in the mood and equal parts pred and prey. Sliders are silly anyway!
