Appearance.
Here is Kyaro, who appears to be human girl of 4ft tall with blue(with a small hint of silver) hair that slides down close to her shoulders that almost matches her blue eyes in a way, currently in her newly obtain dancer costume she now appears to be a dancer... a fairly revealing dancer with see through clothing with a purple color along with a purple colored ribbon tied behind herself.
looking over her body you can see she takes good care of herself despite being a somewhat chubby.
Basics.
Kyaro is a mastress of cosplay and can transform into just about anyone just by wearing their costume or clothes. however if she were to wear a male's costume she would still maintain her face and body, due to her being a female. but can have a deeper voice if needed.
That aside, when she takes or wears someone's costume/cloths, she can become pretty much the exact person. inheriting the powers and talents... this of course can only be done with costumes/clothes that were willingly given to her.
Personality.
Generally by default she is kind and friendly while looking out to have some fun.
Sometimes she will have a totally different personality depending on the person she is cosplaying.
