Another Prolific character

A wyvern has lived off the local Everstream for so long that she's developed odd characteristics for the species. Locals built a shrine and place offerings to keep the Lianlong (lit. Water-lily Dragon) satiated. Sometimes they invite tourists to participate, then promptly forget they've ever met anyone who got 'lost' in the mountains. The wyvern herself has begun to range farther from her mountain pool leading her neighbors to worry.

Missing Tourists:
Everything from fuzy videos to last moment selfies have made the rounds. People want to get a look at the lianlong, buy their souvenier shirt, and tell their friends at home about the experience. Most though aren't willing to make the long hike into the mountains so they settle for the gift shop. Those who do reach the lianlong's sping lake can usually have a few minutes to a few hours of time with the wyvern, depending on how long it is until lunchtime.
Wyvern Researchers:
Curious academics have an interest in studying this rare specimin of mizutsune. Wether it's trying to quietly catch a glimpse or attempting a more thorough examination, they're usually surprized to find her reasonably willing to cooperate. She's not doing it for science though and the level of cooperation depends on just what kind of incentive has been brought along to bargain.
Beast Tamers:
Word of the lianlong has gotten around lately. Some visitors aren't interested in the sightseeing so much as the wyvern herself. Whether they're researchers, thrill-seekers, or something else people seem to think they can dominate this wyvern. Those who can convince her to obey soon find a willing and intelligent companion eager to please. The vast majority though annoy her to the point of ruining even her appetite.
Fertility Goddess:
Local legend says that the lianlong is a source of fresh water and new life. While she does live in a springfed lake, it's debatable that this wyvern is going to grant any fertility-related wishes. Not that this dicourages the hopeful from making their pilgrimages to ask for the goddess's blessings on their love life. Just what specifically they ask her for is left to the imagination, especially since not all petitioners come back down the mountain.
