Lara is obsessed with becoming pregnant. Though she definately doesn't always thing things through and gets into trouble she definately focuses on her ability to breed. She's a normal human sometimes, always looking for ways to become huge and pregnant. If someone has magic, she'll try it. If a scientist has a new fertility treatment, she's all over it. Lara is obsessed with using her womb to fill the planet with as many of her offspring as she can possibly manage. Stealing, bribing, or any other method is not beyond her will to use for her goals.
In other scenes she is the unwitting victim! Falling to a curse or devious experiment that causes her to get pregnant beyond her desires. A fertile target just begging to be stuffed by other beings or maybe a nice womb for them to move into.
She is an attractive and athletic woman with shapely hips and large breasts. When not pregnant she's often found jogging out and about or at the gym exercising. Always wanting to keep herself in good health for breeding and pretty enough to attract as many strong mates as she can.
