(First of all this is not my art, second of all yes this is a play on Resident evil's hunk or rather Mr.Reaper with less amazing results.)

Not much is known of this soldier except he rather work alone, he is a drop trooper made general after being the last man standing after impossible odds and a miscalculation in General_Eva's stratagey.
He does not like her very much and works as a solo general for Overlord_Neo his main soldiers are normaly used to contain and secure areas as he does the work himself.
his favorite line is, "If you want something done right, do it yourself." Which is what he says to soldiers that cannot follow orders.
Her earned his name Mr. Shimigai through surviving various dangerous missions without a scratch but having his men slaughtered, again not something he plans on.
