Body: Terro is a 5-foot-tall feline anthro with short black fur, glistening green eyes, and a constant cheery expression.

Age: anywhere from 10 to 35 (older being more motherly and younger being more nervous.)

Personality: Terro is generally absent-minded and verbose but often less eloquent and is almost always distracted. Her exact behaviour changes frequently, depending on who's teasing whom.
After that first interaction, she is a reliable and friendly person who would help anyone in any situation. Her airheadedness, while no facade, certainly doesn't display her reasoning. Even if it's an off-topic thought, she usually has something in mind.
She has a range of skills, though because of their disparate nature, mastering all of them would be quite the challenge. She can cook and mix drinks, is a decent chemist, quickly acquires skills that combine theoretical and practical, and is quite the acrobat.

Backstory: Throughout Terro’s short time on earth, one theme has overshadowed her life: unwarranted rejection.
From an early age, she lived on the street, as her parents thought her fur colour was a bad omen and kicked her out. As a common street urchin, it was pretty standard to be offered odd jobs or to pickpockets by petty crimelords.
The thing about a lot of the people she got jobs from was that they loved to talk, so just casually picking up skills and finding where their deposit boxes were was less than a challenge for her.
And that’s how it was for years. Terro ate what she could grab, learned from the more experienced, and moved on.

After years of stealing and doing anything she had to do to survive, she finally got caught at the ripe old age of twelve. Because of how young she was, they sent her into foster care with an older fox named Toroph.
After a week of processing Terro, she arrived at the small house, and as she was dropped off, the door opened with a fox that had the gentlest smile terro had ever seen, and for the first time in years, terro was safe.
Toroph’s first words sum up their relationship better than I ever could: “Welcome home.”

It was almost impossible to separate the two of them for years until the first true tragedy came to her: Toroph passed away in his sleep; it said that you could hear sobbing coming from that house for two days straight.
That’s where she's at now, trying to fill the void that her father figure left.

Inventory: she has designed a couple of sound-based beacons that are tuned for her ears. Terro will give these to friends if they want to call her.


Occupation: Terro is a natural-born thief, though she will never take anything with sentimental value. Terro has always looked for work but hasn't been able to find it
because of her general condition, often being seen as dirty, though if you're willing to offer, she'd most likely accept.

Skills:
In general learning, she believes the more skills she has, the harder it will be to catch or stop her.

Nimbleness from her pickpocket days was quickly refined into fairly sophisticated acrobatics after taking a few years of classes.

Toroph was a big fan of many kinds of food, and given his lack of mobility in his final years, Terro was forced to learn to cook.

And chemistry. Because she picked up bigger targets in her thievery to maintain a better standard of living, things like the recipe for thermite became her friends.


Her current goals are to start a thieves' guild that will help others and the people who join.
Terro wants to set up a nursing home/orphanage where she'll look after those in need after she can look after herself.
