This commune of otters has existed for centuries, believing for the most part in free love and peace. They tend to be between 5'1 and 6'3 and weigh slightly more than a fit person should. Tending to be lazy and accepting there numbers have grown and grown, smaller communes developing in countless places and growing into large ones within years, most end up being between 50-100 otters with the largest topping over a thousand. Living in sparsely populated areas where they are allowed to live off the land and the benefits of a all to generous government. Some of the younger members do explore the outside world, many never return. Some communes also fail of course. And some become nomadic for a time. Even in the commune there are people who aren't so weakwilled and puny. Most of the time these people do move into rolls of authority, taking care of there own. Of course not all of these are loving and caring, some communes have taken on darker connotations.
