While monsters, in general, tend to be dominantly female, there does exist male specimens of quite a few species. Thistle is one of these.

A male naga, Thistle has a number of similarities and differences to the females of his species. Like them, he has the upper body of a human, and a powerful, serpentine tail beginning just below his waist, the tail able to constrict and bind potential prey, crush objects, and even simply wrap around someone in a light embrace. He is smaller than the average female of the species, mainly due to females often simply being bigger than their male counterparts. His cock is able to essentially retract back into his tail, in order to allow him to slither close to the ground without damaging his genitals... and, able to hide his privates, the naga often simply goes around naked. He is warm-blooded, like many of his species, not being too bothered by cold... but, perhaps a holdover from his serpentine ancestry, he does rather enjoy lounging about in the sun, basking on a stone.

Most of the differences between males and females tend to be more psychological. While many female nagas enjoy hunting down prey, this male is a bit more lax about it, his smaller size less effective at devouring living beings... so he often simply chooses to feed on fruits and the like... though he wouldn't exactly deny a squirming meal if the mood struck. However, the male, like many of his species, is no stranger to sex, enjoying the act immensely, especially with his own kind.

Thistle's abilities tend to rely more on the physical, the natural strength of a naga proving sufficient for most things that wind up in his coils. His magical ability is minor, the male pretty much only being capable of healing, something that many people often poke their nose into, considering the more voracious aspects of the world. Admittedly, Thistle himself is a part of that, partaking in the odd prey himself, and often enjoying the insides of someone... at least, if they can control their belly well enough that a trip inside wouldn't be fatal. The snake loves warmth and comfort, and what could be better than a belly for that? In addition to this, he has a few variants of venom, capable of being injected into prey via a bite: currently, an aphrodisiac, and a paralyzing venom.

He tends to frequent jungles and forests, often draped over branches and treetops. He is often a bit lazy, though, when the situation presents itself, can become quite energetic and excited, a rather stark contrast to his usual apathy. While enjoying the company of many kinds of humans and demihumans, he has a preference for his own kind, and a bit of a fondness for wrapping tails with other nagas.

Recently, he has begun to have a small interest in exploration, roaming a bit to look about the world... only time will tell if this yields anything!
