Fallion was, and still is, a spoiled brat. He was waited on by a fleet of elven servants as a child, and it clearly shows. He hates it when things don't go his way, and will emotionally blackmail those who refuse to give him what he wants. Feel free to give him a firm wallop, or even a quick time-out in your mouth or belly. He might not enjoy it, but it is sure to give everyone a break from his shenanigans.
